COMMUNITY TERMS

The rules for our Discord server and signals group.

Version 1.0, effective October 14, 2026. These rules apply to the Ninth Candle Discord server and the Ninth Signals Telegram group (together, "the Community"). They sit under the Terms of Service you accepted when you created your account (ninthcandle.com/terms). If the two ever conflict, the Terms of Service control. 1. What the Community is

The Community is a place to learn about futures trading and to talk with other people who are learning. Nothing posted by Ninth Candle, by our bot PipWick, by staff, or by any member is investment advice. Every trading decision you make is yours alone, in your own account, with your own broker. 2. Roles and rooms

Community chat is open to every member. The Ninth Signals room and VIP Society are for paying members only.

Roles are assigned automatically from your Academy purchases when you connect your Discord account in Settings. Nobody can be given a role by asking for it, and staff will not add one by hand. When a subscription lapses, the role comes off and your account stays. Renew, and the role comes back within minutes.

Your Discord and Telegram identities are tied to your Ninth Candle account. One person, one account. Sharing an account, or a role, is grounds for removal.

3. The signals room

The Ninth Signals are delivered to subscribers only. Do not copy, forward, screenshot, record, or repost signals, tickets, or end-of-day verdicts anywhere: not in another server, group, chat, or social post, and not to a friend. Doing so ends your subscription without a refund, under sections 5 and 9 of the Terms of Service.

A signal is information, not an instruction. Delivery can be late or fail: networks, Discord, and Telegram are outside our control. Position sizes are stated in R, a multiple of the amount you risk. Turning R into dollars, or deciding not to trade at all, is your decision.

4. Conduct

  • Be respectful. No harassment, threats, hate speech, or personal attacks.
  • No unsolicited direct messages to other members, and no recruiting members to other servers, groups, brokers, prop firms, courses, or affiliate links. Ask staff in writing if you want to share something.
  • Do not tell other members what to trade. Share what you see and what you did; do not give advice.
  • Do not post other people's trades, account details, or personal information.
  • No spam, no repeated posting of the same content, no bots other than ours.
  • Do not impersonate staff, Ninth Candle, or PipWick. PipWick never asks for passwords, card details, or money in a direct message.
  • No illegal content and nothing that breaks Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, which also apply here.

5. Staff, PipWick, and support

PipWick is our bot. It posts signals, welcomes new members, shares package information, keeps roles in step with purchases, and opens support tickets. Staff hold the Support role. For help, post in the help forum or open a private ticket in the support room. Honest feedback, including criticism, is welcome and is never a violation of these rules.

6. Moderation

We may delete messages, time members out, remove members, or ban accounts at our discretion. Serious or repeated violations end your access to the Community without a refund. You can ask for a review through support.

7. What we store

When you connect Discord we store your Discord user id and username, the link to your Ninth Candle account, and the roles your purchases earn. Support tickets and their transcripts are stored with your case. We do not read your private messages between members. The Privacy Policy at ninthcandle.com/privacy says more.

8. Changes

We may update these rules. We will post the new version in the server and continued use is acceptance.
